1. Scheduling

• All private lessons must be scheduled in advance with the instructor or studio manager.

• Lesson times are subject to instructor availability.

2. Payment

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

• Packages (if available) must be paid in advance and used within the specified validity period.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in lesson cancellation without refund.

4. Refunds

• All sales are final. Refunds are not available once a lesson or package is purchased.

• Credit may be applied toward a future lesson at the studio’s discretion in special circumstances.

5. Lesson Packages

• Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise specified.

• Unused lessons after the expiration date will be forfeited.
